Cancellations made 48 hours before the event will incur a 10% deduction. Cancellations 24 hours before will result in a 50% deduction. Same-day cancellations will forfeit the entire advance payment.
Yes, charges are based on the number of guests ordered. If more guests attend than originally planned, you will be charged accordingly.
Changes must be communicated at least 24 hours before the event. No changes will be accepted beyond this time.
Yes, prior permission is required for any displays, entertainment, or additional services.
We require a 50% advance payment at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due 72 hours before the event.
In case of atmospheric disturbances or other uncontrollable situations, Hanif Rajput Caterers is not liable for any service failure or financial loss. The responsibility lies with the client.
Yes, the listed rates are valid for events within 20km. Additional transportation charges apply for locations beyond this range.
